Our Team

Denny Malecha is co-owner of Dosco and can be credited for launching the Cabinet Shop and growing it into a big part of who we are. Denny was raised in Montgomery, MN and has been doing some form of construction or maintenance his whole life. His small town upbringing and his 'Bohemian Charm' combine for a pleasant, unthreatening relationship. If you have feathers and a beak Denny is not your friend. Steer clear! This man is a waterfowl nut! Denny and his family have been in the south metro now for 25 years.
Scott Sauter  is co-owner of Dosco. He started remodeling with his father over 25 years ago. Scott runs the Commercial side of Dosco, and maintains our in-house Stain Shop. When he isn't working, he enjoys road trips on his motorcycle and hunting. Scott and his wife Donna have been married for 26 years and have 3 sons now grown and on their own. Scott and Donna live in Farmington and have close ties to Rosemount and Dakota County.

Dave Dailey, has been involved in stain and finish for most of his life. He got his start 39 years ago in his mother's antique shop doing repairs and custom finishes. Dave has headed up the prefinish shop for several large local cabinet shops. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and five grandchildren.

Ryan Jeppesen is our Master Trim Carpenter. When it comes to custom woodwork, Ryan is your man. This guy loves nothing more than making sawdust, which has earned him the nickname 'Chinchilla'. Ryan is also known as a fishing freak! If you can't find him behind a miter saw, then he is probably on a lake.
